We have 3% fat and 90 gm unrefined organic cane sugar per 1 litre of Gelato with an air incorporation of 20%… All are hand cooked , aged and churned into a Gelato. free from preservatives/food colours… The gelatos are packed in 500ml Recycle Single Wall Gelato tubs… The Pistachios are sourced from farmers based in Bronte and pasted..( No rose petals or chocolate hearts included).
