We make this vinegar from oranges and lemons sourced from organic farms in Spain, using the crowd farming scheme. This vinegar will work well as a marinade for chicken and fish, or add mustard and oil for a light sauce. It makes delicious salad dressings. It’s also great added to either cordial or a gin and tonic.

All our wine vinegars are made from scratch with 100% natural ingredients.
