We make this vinegar from British blackcurrants picked at the height of the season, some from local farms and some from Herefordshire, the blackcurrant capital of the UK!

It is a truly scrumptious vinegar and recently won a Great Taste Award. Add to sauces for game, venison and root vegetables. Drizzle a few drops on sweet fruits and ice cream. Its fruity flavour makes great salad dressings.
