CHILLISH® – THE ULTIMATE CHILLI OIL!!!

This is the original and much beloved product from Pollyanna’s Kitchen. Essentially, it is a 2-in-1 chilli oil with the best of both worlds – a ruby red, delicious chilli oil that sits on top of a rich, spicy and smoky paste – all in the same jar.

The paste is what we affectionately refer to as the ‘Gubbins’ and if you know my product range well then you will see this cheeky ‘gubbins’ has taken a step up and made it as a product in its own right, it is that good! But more on that in another post.

Chillish is made using a secret blend of ingredients (that I created myself) and contains caramelised shallots, garlic and spices. The oil and the gubbins can be used separately; for instance the oil part can be sploshed generously in a frying pan to give onions and vegetables a head start in the flavour stakes and then the gubbins at the bottom can be used to add as a paste to a finished dish or as a garnish or flavour booster for dips, sauces, marinades, butters, you name it.

Some of my crazy fans like to shake the jar up to combine it all together and use it that way. Rebels!
