Description
This wine was produced from our estate grown Sauvignon Blanc vines. The wine has lively aromatics of green capsicum, fresh cut grass, herbs, grapefruit and lime. A fine line of acidity gives the wine freshness and length.
Serving Suggestions
A great match with fresh caught seafood, particularly scallops. Also matches well with mussels in a cream broth. If seafood’s not your thing try with a salad with a creamy or oily dressing.
