The dairy on the historic Welbeck Estate, with a herd of 250 pedigree Holstein cows grazing the estate pastures at Collingthwaite Farm. Their raw milk is sold from the dairy's vending machine in Welbeck Farm Shop, and the milk is also used to make Stichelton cheese.
