Family business at Mill Farm, Whelford, in the Cotswolds, involved in the whole process from breeding and rearing game birds and gamekeeping through to processing and butchery. On the family smallholding they also rear rare breed grass-fed lamb, cows, pigs, chickens and turkeys.
