Stonehouse Smokery

Artisan curers, smokers and roasters at Moorhouse, between the Solway Firth and Carlisle. They use only locally sourced, naturally reared meat such as rare breed pork, Lake District Herdwick mutton and native breed beef, and used to raise their own charcuterie pigs. You can find them at farmers markets and online.
