Award-winning Shropshire pie maker crafting proper handmade pies from local produce at the Bicton Kitchen near Clun, on the Shropshire Way. Mr T's love of cooking was sparked by classic French chef Andre Cluzeau, and he went on to work in Michelin starred restaurants in Ludlow. You can call in at the pie kitchen by appointment or find him at markets.
