Monkland Cheesemakers

Farmhouse cheese made by hand at The Pleck, Monkland, using raw milk from local herds, including Monkland Blue, Hereford Sage and Little Hereford. They are the new chapter of the Monkland Cheese Dairy built up by Karen and Mark Hindle. There is an onsite cafe and shop, and dairy tours on make days.
