The Aidley family have farmed Hill Farm at Alpraham since 1938, and Tim and Elaine Aidley run it today with their sons Matt, Ben and Dan. From their grass based dairy herd they sell raw milk, kefir, yoghurt, cream and cheese, alongside their own meat and eggs.
