Good Game Charcuterie

Award-winning Devon charcuterie cured by hand in Topsham since 2013, using wild game, free range pork from their own pigs on the Powderham Estate and grass-fed Devon Ruby and Wagyu beef, slow air dried in small batches. They also run curing courses.
