Flour and Spoon

An artisan bakery, patisserie, cafe and baking school in Leigh-on-Sea that began in 2015 in a home kitchen in Aveley. Sourdough is hand shaped, proved overnight and baked early each morning, using flour from Marriage's Mill in Chelmsford.
