English Spirit Distillery

Distillery started by Dr John, who began with a four litre still and now distils gins, rums, vodkas and liqueurs at the Black Barn, Great Yeldham Hall in the Essex countryside. Many of the processes are still done by hand. The 200-year-old barn has a distillery shop and runs tasting tours.
