A small farm dairy at West Clerkland Farm near Stewarton with a herd of about 30 traditional Ayrshire cows and around 100 goats. Ann and a small team make all the milk into cheese by hand, including Traditional Ayrshire Dunlop, Bonnet goats' cheese and fresh Clerkland Crowdie.
