Cornish Gouda Co

The Spierings family have hand-crafted Cornish Gouda on their small family dairy farm at Talvan Farm since 2012, using milk from their own pedigree Holstein Friesian herd and traditional techniques passed down through the family in Holland. Award-winning Goudas are aged from three months to three years.
