A family-run bakery in Hinckley, founded in 1931 when Mrs Biddle turned her home on Rugby Road into a small bakery, and still on the same premises. Now run by the Wrobel family, with master baker Slawek Wrobel crafting artisan and continental breads by hand for its shop and wholesale customers.
