Caroline's Real Bread Company

A family bakery at The Old Vicarage Bakery in Merthyr Cynog, near Brecon, making breads from around the world with organic flours, including rye, soda, gluten-free and yeast-free breads. Caroline set up the purpose-built bakery in 2005, supplies local restaurants and caterers, and runs bread and cake making courses.
