Award-winning craft cider made by the Maylam family at Bilting Grange Farm near Canterbury, using local Kent dessert apples with some Somerset Dabinett. Pressing on their own mill, fermentation, maturation and blending all happen on the farm. Their first blend, Basher, is named after one of their Tamworth pigs.
