Broughton Hall Dairy

Emily makes hand-crafted sheep's milk cheeses, including Pyghtle and Nettus, on the Tydeman family's farm at Stonham Aspal, using milk from a local outdoor flock. It began as a lockdown hobby in 2020. The cheeses are sold through Suffolk farm shops, delis and cheesemongers.
