Gin from MaeRose Distillery, created by husband and wife Ed and Kay Coppard. They make their own base spirit from scratch and use vapour infusion, and carry the Made Not Mixed mark. Their London Dry won Gold at the Global Gin Masters; there is also a Sussex Honey gin.
