Behind EPRONTO is the Bianchin Family, originally from Padova, Italy. We moved to Scotland in 2014 and opened our catering business, Cateritaly, in 2016. We have been developing our ragù range since 2017, finally launching in 2019 the original three traditional ragus: Bolognese, Lamb, Venison Ragu.
The pandemic in 2020 put a halt to our catering business and gave us the opportunity to focus on the EPRONTO brand.
During 2020 we developed and launched two new products: Mediterranean and Seitan Ragu.
Now, in 2021, we launched our new innovative product: Meatballs in Tomato Sauce! Ideal for busy people with no or small time to cook, but who appreciate genuine quality. Just remove the lid, and gently reheat Meatballs (in the microwave it is enough, or on the hob), and enjoy! Each Meatballs jar serves one generous portions, or two small. If served with spaghetti, it serves two portions.
All EPRONTO products do not use preservatives, colouring, additives of any kind. All of them are dairy free. Bolognese, Lamb, Venison and Mediterranea ragu are Gluten free as well.
