GARLISH® JUST THE CRUSH – INTENSE GARLIC PASTE
To me, the smell of Just The Crush is like Summer in a jar. It is that tantalising moment when you’re on holiday somewhere warm and sunny and you get a heady waft of garlic from a nearby restaurant as you walk by.
Impossible to ignore and it makes you feel very happy inside. Garlish® Just the Crush will evoke those feelings of Summer, even in the coldest depths of winter when the rain is pouring down outside and you’re dreaming of being in sunnier climes.
The paste is predominantly cooked garlic, with added shallots and herbs to add even more depth of flavour.
I urge you to add it to dishes you cook on a regular basis and experiment with a few new dishes to see what you like (or get my new book and try the recipes there). The garlic is so well balanced that frying with it or using on a BBQ is not advised – use Garlish® oil instead.
Garlish® Just The Crush is best used as a brilliant garlic seasoning or condiment, when whatever you are cooking or making is removed from the heat or to stir into something delicious (new potatoes for sure) for that PERFECT roasted garlic aroma, without any fuss or faff.
